There is a new understanding that is resonating within your being. It is the newly formed connection that has been established within the last few months. You have created connections within yourself enabling contact with your higher self as well as other light beings (Angels, guardians)! This is the result of the work you are doing within yourself and your intention to establish this connection. This connection will bring you information and enhance your intuition, your higher sense of ‘knowing’ in readiness for the higher frequencial administration of light. With this dimensional attribute you will have connection with things seen and unseen. You will have access to higher states of awareness and life flows effortlessly. This is the physical state of 5th dimensional thinking and being. At this junction, your energy increases and transfiguration starts to take place. It feels as though a new sense of being is forming and answers come easily! Everything will feel differently and things that mattered no longer will. New and more important feelings arise as thoughts change to ‘acceptance’ rather than ‘resistance’. The new connections you make with all levels of your being will draw changes to your world. Struggle will decrease and some may wonder what is wrong with you! As your acknowledgement of this new state of being increases you will expand even more toward the 5th dimensional state of truth and acceptance. This will enlighten you even more to allow more change and light frequency to penetrate and elevate your being. This is the rise up the evolutionary spiral of expansion. It is time to make leaps and bounds in your expansion as the love within you increases. This opens you to work within the intelligence of the heart where the whole universe resides!
Within this new dimensional state of being lies the beginning of a new era of light frequency and vibration. More information and truth is being released that gives you a new sense of sovereignty and well-being. This is happening now, and the connection with this light will bring a new sense of inner peace that cannot be shaken. The energy that is created from your new dimensional state of being will assist the process and support others in making a difference that is felt by all. Heart/Mind Connection

There is much to say today as time is ‘layering’…. making this a ‘rainbow’ realm!

The consciousness of your heart is becoming more prominent. Your emotional reactions to things and people is becoming stronger. This is the dimension of the heart, the 5th dimension, coming into play. The more clearing and healing that you do within your heart, the more emotions you allow to reveal themselves. Emotion is the language of the heart! All emotion comes from your heart and your emotions guide you to cleansing, healing, loving, and proper discernment. Your heart will bring up an emotion and then thought comes in to interpret the emotion for you. When you ask for guidance or information, ask it from your heart. This is where the truth of the universe lies.

The expansion of your being lies within your heart. This is the seat of your soul. This is where the spark of your creation, your God Spark, resides. When you feel joy, sadness, creativity, love, or any other uplifting emotion it is coming from the heart, not the mind. The mind interprets the expression of the heart, not the other way around. This is the heart/mind connection which is the key to our evolution and expansion. The light that is being sent to the planet is merely activating this connection, bringing it about. The light has steadily increased in frequency and intensity. The intensity of the light is meant to expand your awareness through your heart. This can bring up your ‘stuff’ for cleansing and purging making way for clarity and increasing your vibration. One challenge can be the ego interfering in the process, for the egos job is to keep you in crisis, chaos, and conflict (CCC). You can recognize this pattern of the ego by being consciously aware of how your thoughts feel. If a thought does not feel good, then it is ego based. If a thought feels right it is heart based. The emotions of anger, frustration, resistance, confusion, and fear are ego based. The emotions of sadness (i.e. purging/cleansing), joy, love, happiness, elation, and warmth are from the heart. Aligning the mind with the heart and choosing to consult with the heart when you fall into CCC will bring you back into balance. Does this sound like a lot of work? It may at first, but concerted effort will make the process easier and soon it will become second nature! Before long you will self-correct with ease and your intentions with manifest much faster. This is not to say that the ego will go away, however it will be greatly diminished.

Each one of us is a light carrier. The more that you are able to embed the heart/mind connection, the higher your frequency and vibration (clarity) become, and the more powerful your energy signature becomes. This will draw people to you as it gives them a ‘leg up’ and feels to them like clarity in their own lives! It is important to set your shield every day to protect yourself from ‘energy suckers’ as they will try to attach themselves to you. Your shield will say to them ‘you only get a taste’ and block them from being able to consciously or unconsciously take more from you. This will bring to your attention that this persons intentions do not match yours. It is up to you to be aware of these internal warnings and pay attention to them. There are a lot of individuals looking for a ‘quick fix’ and not wanting to do the work required to create this clarity for themselves. They are looking to get it from someone else and your powerfulness will draw them to you. You are not doing them any favors by giving more to them. Instead, teach them how to heal themselves and do their own work.

As you increase your ability to transcend the CCC in your life, the more peace and prosperity you will enjoy. Remember, you cannot save the whole world but you can create a space for others to save themselves. Your clarity provides grace to those that come your way; assisting them with a spark of clarity and opening a door within them to higher truth. This is a connection each one of us makes energetically, heart to heart. Your high vibration can create fear in some people resulting in envy, jealousy, and discord. This is created when the polarity is such that their ego resists any outside influence (spark of clarity) and wants to take yours from you which will result in your decimation. This way their ego diffuses the ‘enemy’ of love, peace, balance, and refinement which will destroy their egos rule. Of course, the other person is not aware of this, and their heart having seen and felt the clarity, will inevitably draw to themselves experiences that will shift the power within. The heart wants clarity and balance. It wants to find this because this represents its true and authentic self. Our purpose is to evolve, not devolve.

Misery is the heart crying out for expression and the light answers that call. Misery can signal a series of events and experiences that assists the heart with finding its way toward authenticity and truth. If the person wants to listen to the heart, it will guide them toward healing and restoration. If not, dis ease will set in and start to create discontentedness resulting in deterioration of ones being. Understanding these mechanics will assist you in the awareness you need to evolve and expand. Your expansion is not only for you, but the good of all. Resonate with your heart and your life will thrive! ♥

Attachment

Attachments signal a need for balancing and grounding. We attach ourselves to different things and people to feel comfortable and safe in our lives. The greater the need for attachments, the more unchangeable and unsettled we are. In addition, the more insecure we are the more attachments we form. Life should be free flowing with different ‘curves and waterfalls’ that are intermittent for expansion, growth, and greater awareness! If we resist letting go (detaching) if and when it is time, there would be a pause in our evolution. This could cause a lot of pressure within until the change (detachment) is done or the situation is transformed. The fear of detachment keeps us in situations or creates events that bring a lot of stress and pressure to our lives overall. When we have the courage to detach, the pain of letting go creates a frequency of love. This is the love that can readily assist in healing our pain.

Emotions come from our heart (soul) being in physicality. The emotions that we generate as humans cannot be emanated in pure consciousness states. Being in physicality creates a much different and treasured emotional awareness. Emotions create our world!

What is it within us that needs the attachments we form? It is our ego. The ego is designed to keep you unbalanced and in fear. This results in insecurity and creates the need for attachments. Attachments then become another form of fear. The frequency of fear is what we are most comfortable with because it resonates with our ego. Then and only then can the ego be satisfied, for it takes a lot of work to manage our attachments. Being aware of the attachments that we have and what part they play in our lives, is the first step to detachment or transformation. Sometimes the ‘rough waters’ in our lives shows the obvious need for detachment. Each time you detach from something or someone, your life feels clearer and cleaner! Relationships will improve and flow returns. This instills in us the freedom to love without attachment to process or outcome. For in flowing we learn to trust that all will be well no matter what may come, without the need for attachments. If we are to evolve we must be free of attachment at all times. This allows for our expansion into higher frequencies of attainment and dimensional awareness!

Without the willingness to detach we hold ourselves back, if only for a while, because the need for detachment will become stronger until it is completed or transformed. Each detachment creates an opportunity for expansion as we learn to start trusting ourselves and our insights (intuition). Sometimes it is merely resolving to release the pain of the experience (detachment) that is necessary. Within the pain of letting go we rise within the essence of love for ourselves and others. If detachment is done with the understanding of why we are in such pain, we will not have to repeat the experience and the love flows forth for all!

Processing should be done through the heart, for the intelligence of the heart is the doorway to our evolution. This is where the mind/heart connection is most important and critical to expansion. When the pureness of mind/heart connection is made, the ego is released from its charge. This is not to say that the ego is gone; it is greatly diminished. Attachments are formed in the mind and detachments are done from the intelligence of heart. Detachment is merely allowing the freedom to change and evolve; yours and others without attachment to outcome. Living with the understanding of attachments will assist you with the conscious awareness of what will be flowing in and out of your life as you progress on your path and purpose. Attach without fear and detach with love. ♥

Alignment

Alignment is our topic for today. Alignment with intention is of utmost importance.  Intentions create the canvas for manifestation. Connecting thought with intention is the key to alignment.  Intentions come from your being as next steps for your expansion.  This creates an energetic response that connects each thought with your intention. When thought aligns with intention, pure manifestation occurs! This is not to say that each thought must be in alignment, however energy is created through the combination of thought, alignment, manifestation, and reaction.

When intention is set with belief and faith, this creates the ‘theme’ for thought patterns. When the majority of thoughts line up with intention, manifestation and creation is at the highest point of alignment. The energy created draws unto itself the events and people of like energy to meet the directives of intention. It is important to keep apprised of your intentions as this directs your thoughts which embodies your consciousness and awareness.

Alignment is then the centering of your being with intention that expands your consciousness and awareness in the now. This then leads to expansion and evolution which is the macro-cosmic result of the microcosm (intention >thoughts>alignment>awareness>expansion).

Focus on your intentions concerning each area of your being and align with the pattern of flow that results. The dynamic becomes an upward spiral of evolution and frequencial attainment. TIMING

Timing is playing a very important role in your lives today. There is timing for every moment and each person’s timing is different from anyone else’s. There is timing that is very specific for each situation, event, and experience. There is a time when everything lines up within a person’s life all at once and that feels like an ‘aha’ moment. Timing is important to ones evolution as the lessons and experiences contained in one’s life are precluded in timing. It can be stated that we are always on our path whatever it may be. This is true, for if we do venture off there are always events, people, situations, and guides/helpers that will bring us back on course. There is no way to side step your purpose, as it is written in your blueprint and cannot be avoided. How does free will play into this scenario? There is no one design for your life. The goal is evolution and spiritual revelation. There are so many different ways to attain this goal, however you do create an outline to follow for your lifetime. Nothing is without purpose. You are given free will within your life’s goal and purpose. Timing steps in to elevate your experience and expand your awareness by creating sign posts for you to follow. Timing creates flow and pause, as absorption of each step seeps into your awareness and experience. This works to keep you in the now and in time with all around you. ♥

Change

Simultaneous expression is the pivotal point of awareness at the current time. This is the joining of the macrocosm and the microcosm to create unification. Everything is being drawn unto itself and then expanded out to create experience. This is the in breath and outbreath of expansion being rarified and producing healing opportunity for those that see this as that opportunity. For some it feels as an irritation and dysfunction that they need to deal with. Everything has purpose in your experience. Your world is changing and you are preparing for the assimilation of these changes through your own experience.
The light and dark within and without are merging to create peace and power. Everything and everyone is experiencing magnification of what is out of balance and not serving the greater good for healing and rectification. This is happening in the most blatant ways possible and is guided by sovereign and collective intention. Truth is in the process of being revealed and must be accepted for further expansion and growth. For peace and prosperity to create a footing in your life there must be balance and alignment with one’s true self. All that is happening within and without is working to that end.
Change is the buzz word for this time, as nothing will be the same by years end. The intention set forth for humanity’s evolution requires that the cycle of rebirth on a new plane of existence is at hand. This cannot happen with old ways of thinking and being. Upheaval is the beginning of change and cleansing away the old paradigms. The lessons and learning has been completed for covert rule. It is now time to prepare for the next phase of enlightenment as a world. Gaia too, has been patient and persevered through the rise and fall of many civilizations.
Those who have completed their work within will begin their sojourn to the next level of peace and prosperity as that is what they are drawing to them. Living within the truth of their being and becoming the expression of who they truly are is a shining example of the next level of existence. This existence is disconnected from all that is in crisis, chaos, and conflict for they don’t resonate with that frequency of being. Their existence [although physically present] is not acknowledged by other frequencies as they are virtually transparent. For those that do interact with them, the impression is lasting and the trace of energy that is imprinted from that interaction carries the seed of change and transformation like a virus of love and healing. The more contact one has with these self-realized individuals the more grace is added to their lives and passed on to those that they encounter. This is Divine power working on all levels for assistance and transfiguration to occur. There is no ego in this process, and the freedom from the slavery of the ego is astonishing! All is well and on purpose. The truth of this transmission lies within. ♥

Allowing

You have come so far and are now opening to new and different ways of ‘being’. This is creating a sense of allowing yourself to evolve, expand, and vibrate to a new and different frequency of light. As you allow and surrender into your divine sense of being, you will draw more light into your being and sense a new awareness in your connection to Source. This allows you to gravitate more toward the highest resonance in all things and to recognize this in yourself. There is a ‘sifting’ taking place within that allows you to see those things that are holding you back through the conscious awareness of who you truly are. This is a personal process that enhances self-awareness allowing you to take a look at your truth of being. This is where you find your reality and expression through the experiences you draw to yourself. In addition, you are feeling new levels of connection to those in your sphere. More in a sense of acceptance of who they are and what they bring to your life; the meaning and purpose of their existence in your life.

Much continues to evolve within the Light of Source expression upon Gaia. The focus continues to be within and what that form of expression brings to your experience. There is nothing hidden as all is in the process of revealing itself and what true intentions lie within and without.

Be the observer of your process and it will change your perception. This will lead to higher truths and a graduated sense of dimensional awareness. Be prepared, for this sense of awareness will alter your reality and disconnect you from what has been familiar and comfortable to you. This will set you free to experience alignment with higher frequencies of existence within which will alter your perception without. Nothing will ever be the same.

This is the result of the cleansing, healing, and continuous work done within to connect with and expand the Divine part of yourself. This will lead to freedom from attachment to all things, people, and beliefs. It is the morphing of one’s DNA and coding that leads to transfiguration. For without this alteration nothing changes as this is a free will choice and is not just part of the process. It must be by intention set by conscious awareness of choice. Nothing happens by accident as your experience is created by intention.

Observing sets the ego free and apart from your expression and experience. The ego cannot survive within truth. By observing you see truth and this changes your perception and expression. You no longer experience things as right/wrong or good/bad. Observing opens you to the ‘isness’ of things and removes judgment. Contrast is then diminished. Beauty and a sense of just ‘being’ sprouts from this place of understanding. This is evolution without fear, pain, or conflict which is pureness of being within a higher sense of existence. There exists no fear as it is not part of your expression. It is the ego that creates fear. There is no fear without ego. You no longer exist with the realm of ego based living. This creates the next level of awareness that opens your heart even more and expands love within your being. A new intention is born to create a purpose of expansion which cannot be delineated. This leads you to living within the truth of your being. Open to this possibility and it shall be yours!

Keys for Evolution

In a world that seems so disconnected and disjointed in so many ways with copious amounts of information (some completely contradictory on same subjects) how do we muddle through it all?

The truth lies within your heart. There is no way to find truth outside of one’s self. And what may be truth for one does not make it truth for another. For truth is personal aside from Universal truths and laws. One cannot presume to know the truth of another. There is the universal language of love that holds truth within it that is the Truth of All. Respecting another’s truth is of utmost importance as much as respecting your own truth and knowing there is a difference.

Focus on the beauty that life holds. Allow differences. Be ever concerned with your inner peace and choose not to give it away. Have respect for process…..yours and others. Know that there is meaning and purpose within all things and focus on that. Strive to become one with your world and those within it through acceptance of change.

Know that there are no ‘flaws’ in the Creation of the Universe. All is perfection even though it appears not to be. There is no way to know the meaning or purpose of some things and strive not to understand, as it is not your concern.

Be one with the trinity of your being; heart, mind, and soul. Concern yourself with the goodness of your being and alignment with Source. Source is All that Is within all things external and internal. Source is love. Everything and everyone has a spark of love within although it may not be apparent. There is only one Creator, and all things come from Source.

Free will was gifted for the purpose of experience. Experience is evolution and evolution is the one true purpose of life. You must allow evolution through experience without judgment.

Discernment is personal choice mixed with wisdom. Judgment is EGO centered consciousness. Discernment enhances experience; personalizes your process. Discernment shoulders responsibility for one’s choices, beliefs, and actions. Proper discernment creates an understanding of one’s life and all that it contains.

The awareness of forgiveness within the structure of choice is rudimentary and integral to evolution. Forgiveness leads to clarity and inner peace. Without forgiveness one cannot evolve.

Clarity is open and receptive. Clarity contains within it faith and trust. Faith and trust remove analyzation and critical thinking to maintain clarity and trinity connection.

Understanding of these truths is essential to expansion. Openness and living within the truth of your being leads to happiness, fulfillment, and Joy! Be Well, Be Love, and so it is ♥

Re Create

So much is happening and on the horizon that using this time for focusing on your expansion and evolution is of primary importance.

The out-breath has begun which means that activity is bolstered with the Breath of God! This is a time where the ‘dust’ of the past and the ashes of the ‘fallen’ will be cleared away for clearer vision and unification. What was started during the moments between breaths will now grow and expand exponentially, or wither into ash and blow away.  Fear, anger, resistance, frustration, greed, and arrogance cannot sustain in the current frequency and will move even lower in frequencial vibration to lower level dimensional realms. This multidimensional effect is here, now. Just as there are multicultural beings on the planet, so there are multidimensional realms all occupying the same space and time. The low frequency people on your planet will vibrate even lower as they ‘sink’ into their creations and will fade away into their own mire. Do not allow yourself to be pulled into their webs as they are using everything they have to hold on to their current reality much like a drowning swimmer would do. It is so powerful that you can find yourself drawn into it before realizing you are there. The elements of ‘shock and awe’ are their cover.

A supreme act of balancing and awareness is required of you to maintain your inner peace. Balancing your intake of information and the awareness of all that is going on around you is of utmost importance. Your inner guidance of emotions and feelings will be your point of reference. Use this tool, your Heart, as your center of guidance for all of your functions of living.

The heart and the mind are conjoined as one unit in your being. This was a major intention coded within the light that has been radiated out to your sector this year. This started in earnest after the grid surrounding the planet was dismantled that trapped fear and negativity around Gaia. The major healing that has been done was centered on the mind/heart connection. The mind trapped the heart and held it ‘hostage’ to keep the EGO engaged. As you know there is no virtue in the mind alone. The mind must be inexorably linked to the heart before evolution and frequencial alignment can take place. One cannot expand, evolve, or obtain multidimensional awareness without this engagement. All fence sitting has come to an end.

The out-breath I spoke of earlier expands everything and thins the veil between dimensions so that it creates multidimensional capacities for those that are able. If you are centered in the ‘now of all time’ you are able to access this ability and thrive in a state of pure peace! In this place everything aligns and sensory expansion is the norm. Enjoy this time. The beginning of an out-breath is a special time of expansion and a sacred place of existence. Be well, be love ♥

Recent Activity of Light

I Am here with you today to help you understand the recent activity from the energetic pulse of light that you recently experienced. There was a surge of energy from the Central Solar Sun sent in your direction much like an EMF pulse, but this light was filled with all specters of information and love from the field of Source. As the colors of light you can see with your eyes (and every shade in between) so was this energy contained with many aspects of Source. The purpose was to open your eyes to the aspects of yourself that you don’t normally interact with and purge those parts of your programmed self that no longer serve you as the Spiritually evolved you. This includes those feelings and actions generated by you in relation to the energetic pulse of light. There was no stone left unturned within your being as all was affected by this light. It was literally ‘shake, rattle, and roll’ with any parts of yourself that no longer resonate with who you really are. This coincided with the Summer Solstice in honoring Gaia and all she gives and does for those upon her. Gaia is, and has always has been part of the evolution of those upon her and now can be called upon for assistance with her earthly essence. Gaia purifies the toxic energy that emits from healing and cleansing your being. She is a Divine Feminine Being, and is part of what your body is made of. She can connect with the intelligence of your body and assist it with transforming and evolving. Your bodies are in need of assistance with healing and restoration during the evolution of your Being. Gaia can also be called upon to help you with any maladies of your physical body as she communicates with the intelligence of the body on an energetic level.

The wave of energy sent to you from Source during this Solstice was a gift of love meant to assist you with activating areas of deep connection within your being. The intention was to assist you further in connecting your mind and heart to further assist your inner Spiritual evolution to purify your connection with Source/God/All That Is. For some, this was a power purge, for others it brought clarity. The result from this power packet of light brings a sense of more love and inner peace, and with some just feeling the tinges of the opening of their heart. The settling in of a deeper understanding of one’s self will further the connections to the highest resonance of being. This is another step up the evolutionary spiral for all.

I leave you today with more recognition of Love within and around you. Accept and open to this possibility and enjoy the new connection that is there for you with Gaia, your Earth Mother for her assistance in your process. I Am the Divine Mother of all.
