The one true thing that matters in life above all else is love. This is not the romantic love that we envision with the word love, but the real love that becomes us when we live the heart virtues.
There can be no love with judgement, anger, resentment, resistance, and fear. Love is a state of being, not a thought. All love is generated within as an energy of who you truly are. Love is reactive and proactive for as we experience and evolve so does the frequency of love. There is no beginning or ending of love; it is a constant state of being. Nor does love fade in and out. Through the practice of living the heart virtues of compassion, forgiveness, patience, humility, tolerance, acceptance, valor, gratitude and understanding we become the embodiment of love. This is the consciousness that awakens the [dormant] evolutionary process of our Spirit and creates a frequencial link with our Creator/God/Source/All That Is, as the spark we carry within.
There can be no variation of love; one is either in love or in fear. Both cannot exist at the same time and space. The guiding force behind the balance of emotion is intention. Every thought, word, and deed is birthed from intention. Intention is the variant between love and fear. Intention is not always a conscious expression, as there are intentions that are set as a part of the foundation of our being created through experiences and programming. This means that we should occasionally take ‘inventory’ of our internal storehouse of anything we are resistant to or judgmental about, for this shows us where we are stepping out of love and into fear. If these residues exist they must be forgiven and reformed, for love should not stop and start. This creates imbalance and lack of fortitude. In the energy of the now this is not likely to bring you peace, and without peace love cannot truly abide.
There is nothing more important than love. One of the more threatening aspects to love is unforgiveness. The most common predator is unforgiveness of self. Too often we have done things that we find unforgivable, and put these instances away in our being covering these painful moments with enough time to feel they are buried away or gone for good. These moments of fear require forgiveness through compassion, tolerance, and understanding. Knowing these instances can never be changed they must be loved into submission, and it takes a great deal of courage to forgive and cleanse these buried parts of oneself. It can take time for this to complete, but during that time you are in a state of love, for it is only through love that you recognize these parts of yourself, and love can overcome all things. Miracles occur and grace is ever present when this loving intention is set for ones self. Much can be accomplished by just setting the intention with meaningful promise, and your will may be done! Your heart knows how real and true your intention is.
With the turmoil that exists in the world today the infusion of love is the cure. As within, so without.
